Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and has row houses on a one-way street. The neighborhood is blue-collar, working-class, multicultural, and diverse. No matter your background, you should feel comfortable within the neighborhood. If a multicultural blue-collar community in an urban environment makes you uncomfortable, this may not be the neighborhood for you. There is Rite Aid right down the street, just a 5-minute walk away, and a shopping plaza a bit further on Grays Ferry Ave, where you can find a Fresh Grocer grocery store and a Chase Bank. **There is free street parking. There is no dedicated parking space, so parking can be competitive on the block of the property. There is an informal parking lot on the left shoulder at the end of the street. I have never had problems finding parking in close proximity, though. When parking on the block, parallel park with a portion of your vehicle on the sidewalk so you do not block through traffic.**
Guest Access
All areas of the house are available to be used by you with the exception of two locked personal closets.

Other Details to Note
The home is located in a working-class multi-cultural neighborhood. If that makes you uncomfortable, then this may not be the ideal place for you to stay. My family and I have stayed at the property often without issues. The only concern you may have is parking which is competitive due to being a one-way street. There is a hidden parking spot on the shoulder at the end of the block on the left-hand side. I have parked there when parking is not available on the street and have not received any tickets. I park my vehicle there temporarily to parking opens up. I have not received any tickets while parked there. Small dogs are acceptable as long as they are short-haired or hypoallergenic, crate trained, and house-trained. You have to disclose pets before booking because there is an additional pet cleaning fee.

Location
Sorry we're unable to show you the location for this property
There is free street parking on the block, but there is not a dedicated spot. You do not need to worry about metered parking or alternate side street parking rules. Just make sure to parallel park with a portion of your vehicle on the sidewalk, so you do not block street traffic. Parking is limited on the block since it is a one-way street, so I suggest parking earlier in the day before people get back from work. There are fewer spaces available on the block after 7 pm. There is an informal parking area on the left-side shoulder at the end of the street. There is more street parking available on other blocks within a short walking distance from the house in case you can not get parking on the street near the house.
